Every tool Sociavore connects with — POS systems (Square, Toast, Clover through Bridge, Deliverect, Cuboh), payments, delivery partners, Google channels, marketing and gift cards — and which ones our team sets up.

This page lists every tool Sociavore connects with, what each one is for, and whether you can connect it yourself or our team sets it up. Most integrations are in your dashboard under Store → Ecommerce Settings → Integrations. Tools marked "set up by our team" don't have a button in the dashboard — message us in the chat or email support@sociavore.co to turn them on.

POS systems (point of sale)

  • Square — connect it yourself under Store → Ecommerce Settings → Payments. Takes online payments, can send full orders to your Square POS, sync menu items, accept Square gift cards and use Square Terminals.   • Toast, Clover and other POS systems — through Bridge (set up by our team). Bridge sends your online orders into your POS and can pull your menu from it.   • Deliverect — connect it yourself in Integrations. Sends orders to POS systems that Deliverect supports and lets you manage menus there. Please check Integrate Deliverect with Sociavore to understand how to connect it.
  • Cuboh — connect it yourself in Integrations. Brings your Sociavore orders into Cuboh together with your delivery-app orders. Please check Integrate Your Cuboh Account to Your Website to understand how to connect it.

Use one way of sending orders to your POS

Don't connect the same menu to your POS twice (for example, Square order sync and Bridge at the same time) — orders and payments can show up twice. If you're switching from one to the other, message us first.

Online payments

  • Square — connect it yourself (see above).
  • Stripe — set up by our team. Also used for food halls, where each merchant is paid out separately.
  • Other card processors through Spreedly — set up by our team on request, card payments only.

Delivery drivers

Use your own drivers, or send delivery orders to a delivery partner. You choose the partner for each delivery zone in your menu's delivery settings, and you can set which one is tried first.

Marketing and analytics

  • Google Analytics 4 — connect it yourself in Integrations with your Measurement ID. Please check Google Analytics to understand how to connect it.
  • Facebook (Meta) Pixel — connect it yourself in Integrations with your Pixel ID. Please check Facebook Pixel to understand how to connect it.
  • Klaviyo — connect it yourself in Integrations. Sends orders and newsletter sign-ups to Klaviyo. Please check Integrate your restaurant website with Klaviyo to understand how to connect it.
  • Mailchimp — connect it yourself in Integrations so newsletter sign-ups from your website go to your Mailchimp list. Please check How to Add a Mailchimp Integration to understand how to connect it.
  • Google Business Profile and Instagram — connect them yourself in Integrations. Please check How to Import Photos from an Instagram Account to understand the Instagram connection.
  • Other tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, TikTok, Pinterest, heatmaps) — add their code yourself. Please check How to Add Tracking Code to Your Website to understand how to add code to every page.

Gift cards and loyalty

  • Sociavore gift cards — built in. Sell digital or physical gift cards and accept them at checkout.
  • Square gift cards — accept them at checkout once Square is connected. Please check How to turn on Square Gift Cards support to understand how to turn them on.
  • Silverware — connect it yourself in Integrations to check Silverware gift and loyalty card balances.

Don't see your tool?

If a tool isn't on this page, we don't have a built-in integration for it. For a POS, we can often connect it through Bridge or Deliverect. For tracking and marketing tools, you can usually add their code yourself with Code Injection. Message us in the chat or email support@sociavore.co with the name of the tool and what you want it to do, and we'll tell you what's possible.

Sociavore doesn't have a public API or webhooks for connecting your own software (for example a shipping or accounting tool) at the moment.
