We are a small restaurant. Why should we choose an online solution like Sociavore?

We are small restaurant owners and grew up in our family's restaurants - we built Sociavore for ourselves! Sociavore helps you consolidate multiple tools, logins, and contractors into one fixed monthly cost while drastically improving your restaurant's online presence and attracting more guests.

Are there any additional fees or costs?

Restaurant owners are constantly being bombarded with fees so we wanted to make it as simple as possible. No required setup or onboarding fees and your monthly rate does not change. We charge a 3% per transaction fee to the guest (not the restaurant) to cover additional security requirements. This fee helps us maintain our compliance, insurance and the integrity of both you and your customers’ data.

What is Sociavore?

Sociavore helps restaurant owners consolidate a number of digital tools and logins to improve their margins. Sociavore allows restaurants to build an amazing digital guest experience to attract, engage, transact, and market to their guests in one tool.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. If you ever decide that Sociavore isn’t the best platform for your business, simply cancel your account. We have no minimum commitments or contracts with lock-in periods or cancellation fees.

How long are your contracts?

All Sociavore plans are month to month unless you sign up for an annual plan.

What are your bandwidth fees?

There are none. All Sociavore plans include unlimited bandwidth for free.

Do I need web hosting?

Sociavore includes secure, unlimited hosting on all plans.

Can I use a third party payment provider with Sociavore?

Yes, Sociavore supports 80+ third party payment providers. Our preferred payment provider is Square.

Concierge isn’t a required service as we built Sociavore to be easily made and managed by the average restaurateur or marketing team. That said, we’ve grown up in the restaurant industry too, and we know the demands of running your restaurant. Even with the best intentions it can be difficult to find time to sit-down and wrap your mind around the task.

With our optional Concierge service, we’ll have your website up and running in 7 business days. You'll be assigned a Sociavore Expert to get your site successfully launched by tackling the items on the right.
