Frequently Asked Questions

We have a difficult time reaching our customers. How can you help us?

We all know Google is the number one search engine. That's why every Sociavore website is built with a structure that enhances SEO and uses your menu to improve your search position and attract more people to your restaurant. Beyond that, we repurpose your Instagram content to increase the discoverability of the great content you're already generating.

We are a small restaurant. Why should we choose an online solution like Sociavore?

We are small restaurant owners and grew up in our family's restaurants - we built Sociavore for ourselves! Sociavore helps you consolidate multiple tools, logins, and contractors into one fixed monthly cost while drastically improving your restaurant's online presence and attracting more guests.

Are there any additional fees or costs?

Restaurant owners face many fees, so we keep it simple. No mandatory setup or onboarding fees. For e-commerce features, we charge a 3% fee paid by the guest to cover additional data security and insurance related to e-commerce, as well as status and order notifications via SMS. Optional SMS features for waitlist and reservations have a small fee of $0.03-$0.04 per message, depending on your region.

What is Sociavore?
