What each column in the Menu report means, including the extra columns for Stripe, Square, Deliverect and food halls.

The Menu report is available for every Sociavore restaurant, including food halls and their merchants. Open it in your dashboard under Stats → Menu report and pick a date range. Each line is one order. Please check Reports Dashboard to understand how to find, filter and download your reports.

1. Order details

  • Source — Where the order came from, shown as an icon: your website, kiosk, table ordering or another connected channel.
  • Order ID — The order number. Click it to open the order.
  • Creation time — The date the guest placed the order.
  • Menu name — The menu the order was placed from, for example Takeout, Catering or Brunch.
  • Deliverect channel — Only shown if you use Deliverect. The Deliverect channel the order was sent to.
  • Order type — How the order is fulfilled: pickup, delivery or table.

  • Gift card — The part of the order paid with a gift card.

3. Payment provider columns

The last columns depend on the payment provider your restaurant uses to take online payments.

If you use Stripe:

  • Processing fee — The card processing fee charged by Stripe.
  • Food Hall commission — The commission kept by the food hall operator, if your restaurant is part of a food hall.
  • Transferred — The amount sent to your bank account after fees and commission.

If you use Square:

  • Deposit — The amount from this order that Square sends to your bank account after its processing fee. Square calls these payouts deposits or transfers.

The Menu report only shows orders paid through your current payment provider. If you switched provider (for example from Stripe to Square), orders from before the switch will not appear here, but you can still see them in the Sales and Fee reports. Email support@sociavore.co if you need a CSV of Menu report data from before the switch.
