My Grandfather – growing up on stories about him and his enterprises.

Life, mistakes, persistence.
What do you make for a lazy supper?
A pizza run.
Favourite vacation spot?
Telling people I’m out of town and can’t be reached by phone, but I’m really at home playing with the kids.

Trick question!! Toronto!! you can find everything here… by far the most food choices.
Favourite item on your menu?
Blueberries waffles with banana on top! Oh to the simple joys.

The Office…. “that’s what she said!” Lol

I have to say Starving Artist.. I only drink our espresso.

Dairy Freeze at St. Clair and Caledonia – open ’til 4 AM. Onion rings that are more like onion bracelets.
What’s your favourite thing to do outside of work?

3 things you’d tell a new restaurateur?
1. You can’t ask anyone to do something you wouldn’t do yourself.
2. Opening a restaurant is like having a baby. The first couple of years it will keep you up at night…

Cracking eggs with my mind.
